Four, use steps
1. Use the dry sampling bottle to collect the sulfuric acid required to be measured into the bottle, and ensure that it is well sealed before returning to the analysis room.
2. Take 30mL sulfuric acid sample from the sampling bottle, pour it into the measuring cup, and cover the measuring cup. Then, place the measuring cup into the measuring hole of the portable analyzer and insert the thermometer signal cable. The analyzer display will display the temperature, wait about 10 seconds, and read the value after the acid concentration has stabilized.
3. Pour the measured sulfuric acid back into the sampling bottle, then pour 20mL of the sulfuric acid to be measured into the measuring cup, cover the measuring cup, shake gently, and pour the sulfuric acid in the measuring cup back into the empty sampling bottle. Then, take another 30mL of sulfuric acid and pour it into the measuring cup, cover the measuring cup, place the measuring cup into the measuring hole of the portable analyzer, and insert the thermometer signal cable. Wait for the temperature reading on the analyzer display to stabilize for about 10 seconds before recording the acid concentration reading.
4. After all sulfuric acid measurements are completed, put the temperature protection cover and measuring cup under clean water for a few minutes. After the sulfuric acid of the cover and measuring cup are thoroughly washed, dry them with paper towels or cotton cloth.
